**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our global learners, handling a variety of inquiries, and providing accurate, professional, and dependable service to our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle a variety of inquiries related to orders, adjustments, gratis copy requests, company websites, digital product registrations, and general product and process inquiries
* Provide accurate, professional, and dependable service to our customers via verbal and written communications
* Consistently demonstrate professionalism, attentiveness, empathy, and courtesy in all situations
* Effectively correspond with internal and external customers, peer group, and others
* Are dedicated to improving the customer experience and promoting customer loyalty and retention
* Commit to ongoing, personal development and improvement
* Build into other's success by sharing acquired knowledge through mentoring and training opportunities
* Navigate multiple internal software applications while conversing with customers to resolve outstanding customer service issues
* Demonstrate a high degree of multi-tasking and organization to ensure phone, email, cases, live chats, and other team workload balance reduction
* Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's needs; resolving the root cause of the issue; selecting and explaining the best solution to tackle the request; and following up to ensure satisfaction
* Recognize trends which lead to improvements of our products, services, processes, and websites
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Graduate or GED
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

* Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in an education or technology industry
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

* Potential to earn a quarterly functional bonus based on job performance
