What you’ll do
• Train and ramp our outbound appointment setter (cold calls + follow-up)
• Review calls (recordings and/or live monitoring) and give direct, actionable feedback
• Run 1–2 coaching huddles per week (objection handling, script refinement, pipeline hygiene)
• Improve openers, talk track, voicemail, follow-up cadence, and appointment close
• Hold standards for call activity, dispositioning, and notes
• Provide weekly reporting: what’s working, what’s not, what to adjust next week
What success looks like
• Better connect → conversation rate
• More qualified appointments booked weekly
• Higher show rate + stronger meeting quality
• Consistent activity and clean tracking
Ideal experience
• Proven experience coaching SDRs / appointment setters (B2B preferred)
• Strong with cold call structure, objections, and “close for the meeting”
• Comfortable being direct and holding reps accountable
• Familiar with call recordings/tools (RingCentral or similar is a plus)
• Bonus: experience creating scorecards, scripts, KPI dashboards
Time commitment
• 4 hours/week to start (flexible)
• Call reviews + feedback
• 1–2 weekly huddles
• Quick async support between sessions as needed
Tools & access
• Calls run through RingCentral (computer-based). We’ll provide access to recordings.

Pay: $125.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week
