Role and Responsibilities
- Epic Research Clinical Certified
- Experience with Research Clinical Trials build in Epic, obtaining research intake details for research projects from researchers and research coordinators, and understanding research data requests. This includes assisting in the oversight of the intake to include the proper documents and study details to be able to transition to the Epic build team.
- The candidate should be able to translate the researcher’s data needs into an IT ‘blueprint’ to be able to help the research team to request to data needed for the Epic Cogito team to extract from Epic and create SQL queries to generate the data output requested.
- Experience working with Medical Students and Residents to design and implement standardized information collection processes that support study objectives
- Epic Research Billing Certification preferred.
- Cogito Certification for research data requests preferred.
- SQL experience preferred.
