Responsibilities
- Translate real-world needs into technical specifications
- Design and develop systems for Air Force ISR analyst capabilities and communications systems
- Evolve systems with advanced technology solutions
- Share expertise through leadership and mentoring
- Merge on-premises and mission knowledge with cloud-based expertise to support a resilient weapon system
Skills
- Knowledge of Windows Server or RHEL 8.x or higher
- Ability to travel CONUS or OCONUS up to 25% of the time
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience with IT system engineering, Associate's degree and 4+ years of experience with IT system engineering, or Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of experience with IT system engineering
- Experience with DoDAF or SysML
- Experience with VMWare, including v7.x and virtualized infrastructure design and configuration
- Experience with Dell Hardware
- Experience with scripting for configuration automation, including Python, BASH, or Perl
- Experience with containerization, including Kubernetes
- Master's degree
- Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II Certification
