**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex At Home in Wausau, WI. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and making outbound calls to patients and healthcare professionals. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to call inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals in a professional and courteous manner
* Promote arenaflex services and products to patients and healthcare professionals
* Make outbound calls to patients and healthcare professionals to provide information and support
* Maintain proficiency in phone systems, software applications, programs, and events
* Stay up-to-date on program and service scripts, as well as physician and service referrals provided by the call center
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support
**Experience and Qualifications**
* High School diploma or equivalent required; secondary education in a health-related field desired
* Five years of experience in customer service, administrative, sales, or communication-related fields in a fast-paced environment required
* Clinical environment experience desired
* Excellent written and oral communication skills required
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills required
* Demonstrates good listening skills
* Service representatives must maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
