We are expanding and seeking experienced OTR spot market dispatch professionals who understand high-level broker negotiation, rate strategy, and revenue-focused freight management. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY This position requires extensive, verifiable experience performing as an OTR spot market dispatcher. You must have prior hands-on experience: • Actively negotiating spot market freight with brokers • Working daily on load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, or similar • Managing live OTR loads from booking through delivery • Handling broker packets, rate confirmations, and freight documentation • Understanding RPM, margins, and truck profitability If you do NOT have real-world OTR spot market dispatch experience, please do not apply.
