The Business Development Representative will focus on outbound pipeline generation and generating qualified opportunities while collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Hit and exceed monthly quota
- Deliver qualified meetings and generate sales qualified opportunities with an emphasis on quality
- Accurately forecast weekly, monthly performance results
- Collaborate with teammates on the BDR team to continually improve systems, tools and processes
- Collaborate with AE’s to multi-thread and generate new outbound business opportunities
Skills
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a sales related environment
- Strong performance track record
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Experience with Outreach.io
- Solid fundamental skills in cold calling, prospecting, researching, copywriting and opportunity qualification
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
