Introduction You are a growth architect responsible for building, optimizing, and evolving the systems and workflows that power Fixify's demand generation engine. This is an 8-month contract role reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing. You own the marketing tech stack and ensure it runs reliably in support of pipeline and revenue goals. You identify new ways to execute demand generation campaigns using the tools, data, and AI capabilities available to you. You bring ideas on how to reach target accounts, automate outreach, personalize at scale, and apply emerging AI tools like Claude to existing gaps in campaign execution and data workflows. You ensure the Director of Growth Marketing has both the operational infrastructure and the creative leverage required to execute and scale demand generation programs. You ensure the CMO and sales leadership have timely, trustworthy metrics to inform resource allocation and strategy. You partner with Sales Operations to ensure marketing and sales systems are properly integrated and that lead flow, routing, and handoff processes function without gaps. You partner with the broader marketing team to ensure campaigns are instrumented, measured, and optimized based on reliable data. Primary Responsibilities - You are responsible for refining, improving and executing demand generation campaigns by utilizing the marketing tech stack, data enrichment tools, and AI capabilities. You bring ideas to the team on how to reach, engage, and convert target accounts — not just how to operationalize someone else's plan. - You are responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities to apply AI tools — including Claude, purpose-built AI agents, and custom automations — to marketing and campaign workflows. You identify and implement applications of AI in campaign workflows, including automation, data processing, and personalization, improving speed, accuracy, or scale of execution. - You are responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of Fixify's marketing tech stack, including HubSpot (marketing components), Clay, Common Room, Lemlist, and Salesloft. You ensure these systems are properly integrated and that data flows accurately between them. - You are responsible for marketing automation workflows that support demand generation campaigns, including email programs, account scoring, segmentation, nurture sequences, and lifecycle stage management. You ensure these workflows execute reliably and are documented clearly enough for others to understand and maintain. - You are responsible for lead management processes, including lead capture, routing, scoring, and handoff to Sales and SDRs. You ensure leads are routed accurately and that conversion-impacting issues are identified and resolved quickly. - You are responsible for marketing performance reporting, including pipeline attribution, campaign performance, and channel-level metrics. You design, build, and continuously improve reporting so that marketing leadership has clear visibility into what's working — and contribute to executive and board-level metrics packages as needed. - You are responsible for data quality within the marketing database. You monitor, audit, and remediate data integrity issues across systems to ensure reporting accuracy and segmentation reliability. - You are responsible for building and maintaining documentation of marketing systems, workflows, and processes to ensure operational continuity. Technical Skills - Expert-level knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot: You can build complex workflows, troubleshoot integration issues, manage data objects, and train others on the platform. - Working knowledge of go-to-market data and enrichment tools, specifically Clay and Common Room: You can build enrichment workflows, configure signals and triggers, and integrate outputs into downstream systems. - Working knowledge of marketing attribution and reporting: You can build dashboards, define attribution models, and produce performance reports that connect marketing activity to pipeline outcomes. - Working knowledge of AI tools applied to marketing operations workflows, specifically Claude: You can use AI to automate data tasks, accelerate analysis, and experiment with new approaches to operational problems. - Familiarity with low-code application builders such as Lovable. - Working knowledge of sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft and Lemlist: You can configure sequences, manage integrations with HubSpot, and troubleshoot delivery and tracking issues.   - Working knowledge of email deliverability, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing mechanics. - Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) sufficient to ensure tracking, attribution, and CRM integration are functioning correctly. Non-Technical Skills - Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment with minimal direction, identifying what needs to be done and executing without waiting for detailed instructions. - Ability to translate campaign ideas and growth hypotheses into concrete technical execution — connecting "here's what we want to accomplish" to "here's how the tools and data can make it happen."  - Strong organizational discipline, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, maintain documentation, and keep stakeholders informed on status without being prompted. - Clear written communication, including the ability to document technical systems and processes for non-technical stakeholders. - Effective cross-functional collaboration with sales, sales operations, and SDR teams on shared systems and processes. - Demostrates initiative in applying emerging tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency. Experience - 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or GTM engineering roles in a B2B SaaS environment. - Demonstrated hands-on experience administering HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation platforms. - Experience owning marketing tech stack integration and data quality in a growth-stage company. - Evidence of applying AI tools to operational workflows — not just awareness, but actual usage in a professional or project context.
