* Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers in a clear and concise manner.

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School or equivalent diploma.
* Previous experience in Customer Service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
* The ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook, as well as familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools.
