Responsibilities
- Become proficient in Arista's state-of-the-art technology
- Collaborate closely with Arista System Engineers to deliver cutting-edge technical solutions to valued customers
- Participate in an 8-month on-the-job learning experience
- Receive hands-on training and real-world exposure
- Be periodically evaluated as you progress through the program
- Travel may be required based on training and class availability
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical School, military or equivalent technical knowledge or desire to learn networking (routing, AI, switching, automation, network security)
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is desired
- Excellent verbal communication skills from individuals to small groups
- Ability to translate technology across audiences—explaining complex systems clearly to both highly technical and non-technical individuals
- Excellent written skills and the ability to document opportunities/meeting follow-up
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be able to legally live and work in the United States
