This is a remote position.
Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy and oversee PTA interventions
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Mentor and guide therapy staff
What We’re Looking For:
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Physical Therapist ( PT ) certification in the state of Louisiana
• 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred)
• Strong clinical and leadership skills
• Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
