Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and visionary Solutions Delivery Architect (SDA) to join our Professional Services team.
In this role, you will be responsible for serving as the primary design authority for a portfolio of customer solutions, translating complex business requirements into low-level technical designs using our standardized digital platforms and patterns. You will act as a trusted partner to our customers, ensuring the integrity and successful implementation of high-performance automated data discovery and processing solutions.
You will join a highly collaborative regional team of Functional Architects and Business Analysts, working closely with Global Enterprise Architecture and Engineering leads to bridge the gap between sales vision and technical execution.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Lead the post-sale design journey by validating requirements and developing technical designs for Intelligent Document Processing and Content Management solutions to ensure successful User Acceptance Testing and customer handover.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Solution Architects, Engineering teams, and Global Design Authorities, to validate standard patterns and resolve complex use cases that require non-standard solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Software Development Life Cycle best practices by performing design oversight and authorizing implementation changes to maintain solution integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Advanced English.
- Proven experience in architectural design and fulfillment of global digital solutions, specifically within Content or Information Management domains.
- Strong knowledge of Intelligent Document Processing, including Workflow Orchestration, Optical Character Recognition, and integration with Artificial Intelligence or Large Language Models.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management and technical influence, with the "gravitas" needed to build trust with senior technical communities and lead matrixed teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; professional Architecture or Cloud certifications (such as The Open Group Architecture Framework or Amazon Web Services) are strongly desired.
