Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist to help us connect the dots across our marketing and sales stack.
This role is about making systems talk to each other. Best if candidate speaks Greek.
What you’ll be working on
You’ll help us design, build, and optimise automations across paid ads, lead capture, CRM, and outreach tools.
Typical tasks include:
• Connecting lead forms (paid ads, landing pages, websites) to our CRM
• Setting up and maintaining CRM automations & workflows (deal stages, follow-ups, alerts, tagging)
• Integrating outreach tools (email / LinkedIn / sequencing tools) with the CRM
• Building automations using Zapier (or similar tools)
• Ensuring leads are routed correctly, enriched, and followed up automatically
• Debugging broken automations and improving existing workflows
• Helping us reduce manual work across marketing & sales
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to know everything — but you must be practical and execution-driven.
Must-haves:
• Hands-on experience with CRMs (e.g. Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience connecting lead forms & paid ads to a CRM
• Strong working knowledge of Zapier (or Make / similar)
• Experience setting up workflows & automations inside a CRM
• Comfortable working with outreach tools (email sequences, follow-ups, triggers)
Nice to have:
• Experience with paid ads platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) from a lead-flow perspective
• Understanding of basic sales funnels and lead stages
• Experience in B2B environments
