**Key Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses
* Helping customers with their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing technology, including computer applications and software, to efficiently manage customer interactions
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary

**Schedule Flexibility**
We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, which is why we offer flexible work schedule options to accommodate your needs. You'll have the opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you, with the majority of work hours taking place during weekdays and daytime hours.
**Earnings and Revenue**
As an independent contractor, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, with pay determined by your phone call status when assisting customers. Additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics, providing you with a competitive earning potential.

* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
* An operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
**Work Environment Requirements**
To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need:
* A quiet, uninterrupted space
* An organized desk area
**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor, you'll remain a contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.

We're currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
