Tasks
- Responsible for the operations of listing editing, and content optimization;
- Familiar with the various policies and systems of the major platforms like Amazon etc., operate the account safely, and keep the account healthy and stable;
- Track product sales, adjust sales strategies, and make sales reports;
- Learn to understand platform's latest policies and make timely response plans;
- Research and try various marketing methods to improve product ranking and conversion rate;
- According to the company's overall sales strategy and sales goals, assist the supervisor in formulating a goal decomposition plan and complete account sales tasks;
- Plan and develop product promotion activities, analysis, forecast, promotion design and effect evaluation on the implementation of the activities;
- Deal with customer inquiries, including pre-sale consultation, after-sale maintenance, and properly handle various disputes and complaints;
- Increase the order volume of the account, ensure the safety and maintain healthy customer reviews;
Requirements
- 具备Amazon, Shopee等平台或独立站运营岗2年以上经验，过往业绩可圈可点，擅长挖掘自然流量与排名打造；
- 有小而美高单价产品的开发运营经验者优先；
- 大本以上学历，英语六级以上，有口语能力，能跟国际团队用英语协同工作；
- 对个人要求定位电商行业长期发展；
- 超强的学习能力，执行力，具备逻辑思维能力；
- 为人正直，有担当，情绪稳定，不浮躁，有强进取心，；
- 自控能力强，能独立工作，独当一面；
- 爱好运动练有专长的更优；
- 有英语外其他语种能力者更优；
