The nurse will be accountable for assessing patient needs, delegating priorities, supervising assigned staff, and maintaining clinical competencies through ongoing education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in alignment with State Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Employ critical thinking and scientific judgment in anticipating and planning for patient safety
• Delegate and supervise patient care priorities based on staff education and experience
• Maintain professional certifications and participate in continuing education
• Ensure compliance with hospital standards and collaboration with healthcare team members
Qualifications:
