We’re expanding and looking for a self-directed professional to build qualified demand and guide prospects through a structured decision process, supported by proven marketing systems, established digital tools, and a clear playbook.
Remote setup: fully remote, async-first collaboration with global teams
Engagement style: self-directed professional role (not salaried employment). You run your own schedule and budgets (time and any discretionary marketing spend). CRM/lead manager provided.
Eligibility: you can be based anywhere, and you’ll need the ability to register your activity/business in an eligible country (checked during registration).
Workload: 25–100% (part-time to full-time)
What you’ll do
• Own growth across paid media, content, and email
• Build, launch, and optimise funnels and campaigns
• Generate and qualify leads via inbound and targeted outbound you manage
• Run structured discovery conversations, assess fit, and guide next steps
• Track performance and iterate quickly, own outcomes end-to-end
What you bring
• 5+ years in growth marketing, digital sales, or business development
• Evidence of measurable impact (conversion lifts, stronger funnels, improved efficiency)
• Comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution
• Clear communication, reliable follow-through, results-driven mindset
• Interest in purpose-driven work and schedule flexibility
