Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our research and development team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including data entry, micro tasks, online focus groups, product testing, and research trials. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work from home on your own schedule. Key Responsibilities As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Completing data entry tasks, including online surveys, product testing, and research trials * Participating in online focus groups and micro tasks * Providing feedback and insights on products and services * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of your work * Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders * Meeting productivity and quality standards * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Current USA residency * Ability to speak, read, and understand English (Spanish proficiency is a plus) * Ability to focus and follow through on tasks * A computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection * Microsoft Word or Excel skills (not mandatory) * Data entry skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute * Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are helpful but not mandatory Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative assisting * Familiarity with online research and testing platforms * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Familiarity with online research and testing platforms * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to providing opportunities for growth and development.
