Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our vision. **The Role** As a Personal-Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our existing and potential agency clients. You'll be the face of arenaflex, helping to build trust, resolve issues, and grow our customer base. Your expertise will be essential in navigating our complex insurance products, including Personal and Commercial lines, to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist existing and potential agency clients across a wide range of servicing needs via phone, email, and SMS in a prompt and friendly manner. * Correctly interpret and analyze insurance policies, cancellations, reinstatements, endorsements, reports, and other insurance-related documents to make data-driven decisions. * Collaborate across teams to deliver the best resolution and the highest levels of customer satisfaction. * Navigate dozens of insurers' products and agent portals, including Progressive, Safeco, National General, Bristol West, and other insurers, to efficiently and effectively service clients. * Utilize complicated, evolving software, such as our CRM and in-house comp rater, to streamline processes and improve customer experiences. **To Succeed in this Role, You'll Need:** * Industry Experience: 2-3 years of P&C Insurance experience and an active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license. * Amazing Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality. * Proactive and Self-Sufficient: A proven history of personal initiative, efficiency, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and performing quality work within deadlines with or without supervision. * Hyper-Comfort with Ambiguity: A Series A start-up that rolls out process and system updates frequently; you thrive on quickly adapting and applying changes to turbo-charge your sales goals. * Natural Problem Solver: You see issues as opportunities and can look at complex problems and propose creative solutions. * Superior Computer Fluency: You can learn new systems quickly and navigate multiple Carrier portals simultaneously. **What We Offer:** * Variable compensation based on performance, including: + Base salary starting at $47.5k, with an automatic increase to $50k after 3 months! + Uncapped bonuses for up-selling and cross-selling insurance products + Earn 4% commission of total written premiums, no cap! + Bonuses available for putting in extra hours + Regular contests and incentive programs to earn more * A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages growth and development * Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * A 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * A fun and inclusive company culture that values diversity and inclusion **Nice to Have, but Not Essential:** * Active licenses in 40+ states * Bilingual in English & Spanish **Why Join arenaflex?** * We're an equal opportunity employer, committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. * We celebrate diversity and are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our customers and the communities we serve. * We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages growth and development. * We're a fast-paced and innovative company that's always looking for new ways to improve and grow. **Ready to Join Our Team?** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about insurance and eager to learn and grow with our team, we want to hear from you!
