Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and professional customer support agent to work on a part-time basis, providing coverage during specific time blocks, including 3:00 - 9:00 p.m. ET weekdays, with possible weekend shifts. As a remote contractor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their questions, technical issues, and logistical concerns via email, chat, phone, and web-based tools. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you will need: - 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a SaaS company or product/technology division, with a strong background in customer support. - Poise and professionalism to respond to high-level executives from around the world, with executive support experience being a significant plus. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to the diverse range of arenaflex participants and communicate effectively in potentially challenging or urgent situations. - Familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRM), website backend/administrative interfaces (e.g., WordPress/Rails Admin), cloud-based tools, and exposure to help desk software. - Outstanding task management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Fluency in Spanish, French, or Japanese is highly valued, as it will enable you to provide support to a broader range of clients.
