**Job Summary**
We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Entry Analyst to join our team. As a Data Entry Analyst, you'll be responsible for monitoring and updating data in a timely manner, ensuring all fields and records are complete and meet required standards. You'll also identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing data within the system and work closely with the Sales Team to address these issues. **Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' businesses. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Data Management**: Use Excel and Salesforce to monitor and update data in a timely manner, ensuring all fields and records are complete and meet required standards.
* **Data Validation**: Conduct regular data validation checks to identify inaccuracies or discrepancies in lead information, and prepare reports detailing missing or incomplete data for the Sales Team.
* **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Sales Team to address missing data and ensure that leads are properly qualified, providing necessary updates and follow-up to ensure data is being corrected or qualified based on the information provided.
* **Process Improvement**: Work within guidelines and tools to streamline data quality processes, aiming to reduce operational costs, and proactively suggest improvements to current data handling practices to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of data management.
* **Documentation**: Document and report any challenges or deviations from standard processes to leadership for further action, ensuring consistency in data entry and reporting.
**Required Qualifications**
To be successful as a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you'll need:
* **Proven Experience**: Proven experience in data entry, or a related field, with a strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and experience working with Salesforce.
* **Analytical Skills**: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills, able to follow specific instructions and adhere to guidelines provided by internal tools and processes.
* **Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues in a timely manner.
* **Efficiency**: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
* **Sales Experience**: Experience in sales or lead qualification processes is a plus, but not required.
