**Essential Qualifications**

* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science
* 3+ years of experience in online business stage development and data-driven decision making
* Strong experience in data visualization tools, such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, or Tableau
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
