**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their experience with our platform is seamless and hassle-free. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. You'll also be required to interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, as well as possess creative problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing projects and updates.
**Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Manage customer accounts, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate
* Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems
* Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Possess creative problem-solving skills, thinking outside the box to resolve complex issues
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, adjusting to changing projects and updates as needed
* Work collaboratively with other teams, providing support and assistance as required
* Participate in training and development programs, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
**Qualifications**
* 18 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
* Proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
