We're committed to providing our clients with the resources and incentives they need to redefine healthcare services and improve quality, cost, and access to care. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from providers, health plans, and members regarding eligibility, benefits, claims, coverage, and authorization of services. You will also problem-solve and explain programs and procedures to callers, as well as answer and address claim payment questions with providers.
