**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Building strong relationships with other team members and departments, providing excellent internal customer service to optimize service to all external clients
* Providing professional and courteous customer service to external customers via phone and email
* Answering customer inquiries, researching issues, and providing effective resolutions to client issues and concerns in a timely manner (supply orders, billing questions, account set up, testing questions, specimen inquiries, etc.)
* Documenting issues, action steps, and outcome of customer inquiries
* Documenting and processing change requests promptly and efficiently
* Following all SOP's and team procedures to ensure accuracy and regulation compliance
* Assisting with large projects and meeting deadlines
* Making outbound calls to existing customers providing them with information about new products and services
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of previous customer service experience, laboratory or healthcare preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills
* Confident in multitasking and quickly adapting to changing priorities
* Proven ability and desire to provide exceptional customer service
* Ability to present a professional image via phone, with superb phone etiquette skills
* Excellent problem resolution skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient computer skills, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office software
**Work Schedule**
The work schedule for this role is Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 6pm CST. During the 4-6 week training period, the approximate schedule will be 8am – 4:30pm CST.
**Compensation and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, with a pay range of $20 – $23/hr. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including:

* Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only
