YouTube Operations Manager - Trello, Workflow Systems, Freelancer Coordination
Fixed‑Price Setup → Per‑Video Pay • Long‑Term Growth Role
I’m launching a story‑driven educational YouTube channel and need an operations generalist to build and run the production system from scratch.
Your mission: create a pipeline that publishes one high‑quality video per week without supervision.
This is an operational role - not creative, not strategic, not on‑camera. You’ll be the person who keeps the machine moving.
Initial Milestone: Build the Foundation (10–14 Days)
Deliver a turnkey operational system that enables consistent weekly publishing.
1. Production Workflow (Trello)
Full pipeline from script → imagery → audio → edit → thumbnail → upload
Clear stages, handoffs, deadlines, and checklists
Real‑time visibility into project status
2. Team Coordination
Communicate with editor, scriptwriter, and voiceover artist
Assign tasks, follow up, and keep momentum
Help find replacement freelancers if needed
You own day‑to‑day execution decisions; strategy, budget, and creative direction stay with me
3. System Setup
Configure YouTube Studio (upload defaults, playlists, settings)
Build a clean Google Drive structure
Create a simple SOP: roles, handoffs, naming conventions, turnaround expectations
Who You Are
You’re a resourceful operator who:
