**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service & Returns Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner, setting the tone for an exceptional shopping experience
* Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Handling returns and exchanges according to company policies and procedures, maintaining accuracy and completeness of all transactions
* Maintaining a thorough understanding of arenaflex products, promotions, and services to effectively assist customers and provide personalized recommendations
* Processing refunds and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience
* Communicating and collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience, escalating any complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department
* Keeping track of customer interactions and reporting any recurring issues to management, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
* Maintaining a clean and organized work area to create a welcoming environment for customers, adhering to company safety and security protocols to protect customers, employees, and company assets
* Staying updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers, attending training and meetings as required to stay current on company updates and policies
* Cross-selling and upselling products and services to meet sales goals, continuously striving to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company
**Essential Qualifications**
