**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering inbound calls from members and providers, providing a high level of customer service, and extending courtesy and professionalism
* Handling inbound customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone and email, while accurately and consistently recording communications
* Using a computerized system for tracking calls, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting, and assessing needs, explaining programs, and suggesting/promoting alternative products or services
* Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing caller needs, questions, and concerns, and formulating plans of resolution and responding appropriately and efficiently
* Maintaining and restoring customer satisfaction, partnering with other teams as needed, and escalating issues internally and following up on escalated issues
* Providing accurate information about arenaflex programs and services, and proactively educating callers on program benefits
* Meeting or exceeding established call center metrics, attendance standards, and quality levels, and using computer tools to accurately process and document information
* Developing rapport with callers and adjusting communication style accordingly
**Qualifications:**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma
* Prior experience in a customer service-related field (preferred)
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* General working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
* Computer keyboard proficiency and internet navigation skills
* Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment
