**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll be responsible for:
* Communicating with customers in a clear, concise, and empathetic manner, providing solutions to their problems and exceeding their expectations
* Researching and resolving complex customer issues, thinking critically and proactively to find solutions
* Operating with a high level of understanding, active listening, and compassion, both with customers and colleagues
* Engaging with colleagues and managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack to cultivate a customer-centric culture of collaboration
* Adapting to change with the business needs of the company, being flexible and willing to learn and grow
**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a written assessment
* Ability to multitask, maintaining a conversation on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes, and performing well in a fast-paced environment
* Skill in computer usage for data entry and efficient internet browsing to assist customers
* Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the company, being flexible and willing to learn and grow
* Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information
* High school graduate or equivalent experience
* Willingness and ability to pass a background check
**Technical Requirements**
To work as a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
* A large, distraction-free workspace with a computer monitor and webcam
* A reliable wired, high-speed internet and broadband connection, with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
* A cell phone or tablet that can be used for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
