**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service / Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services
* Establishing customer relationships and following up with customers as needed
* Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A State of Florida 4-40 Customer Service Representative license or State of Florida 2-20 General Lines or State of Florida 20-44 license (must be obtained within 6-12 months of start date)
* A State of Florida 2-15 life/health/variable annuity license (must be obtained within 6-12 months of start date)
* Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
* Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to effectively relate to customers and build strong relationships
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
