In this role, you will oversee paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients within a digital marketing agency. The position requires complete ownership and strategic oversight of campaign performance while working collaboratively with a marketing team to ensure a measurable return on investment. Flexibility in hours is provided, along with potential for growth into a full-time opportunity as you take charge of your responsibilities.
Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms
• Take ownership of campaign performance and results from strategy through execution
• Manage multiple client ad accounts with different budgets and objectives
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
• Design and execute A/B testing strategies for continuous performance improvement
• Implement unit testing methodologies before campaign launch
Requirements
• 5+ years managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads required)
• Proven track record of managing $10K+ monthly ad budgets
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
• Experience in agency environments managing multiple client accounts
• Google Ads certification
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
