What’s in it for YOU? - Paid Training - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Paid Time Off - Employee Discounts - Full-time, non-seasonal - Career Advancement Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls regarding suspected fraud traffic, identify theft and credits - Create cases for customers and update order information related to fraud - Work on alarming cases from various fraud queues - Make outgoing calls to follow-up on fraud orders and secure equipment - Review traffic patterns and orders for fraudulent activity - Analyze network traffic and orders to assess risk and mitigate fraud - Operate in a fast-paced environment requiring timely data analysis and decision making - Utilize system tools to close cases and prevent fraud loss - Manage multiple systems and fraud queues simultaneously - Manage high-volume workload to effectively mitigate fraud What We Look for in a Candidate: - Must provide your own computer monitor, remaining equipment will be provided - Must be 18 years of age or older - High School Diploma or equivalent - Must have dedicated workspace free of distraction - Excellent communication skills - Must have high-speed internet and ability to direct plug into ethernet portal - Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions - Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone - Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us - Schedule flexibility and ability to work within hours of operation, 7 days a week between 8 a.m. and 12:30 a.m. All job offers are contingent upon completion of a background check.
