About the position
We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and results-driven Strategy Analyst to join our team. This role plays a critical part in shaping corporate strategy, driving data-informed decision-making, and identifying growth opportunities across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen, analytical rigor, and business insight to support executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
The Strategy Analyst will evaluate market trends, assess competitive positioning, develop financial models, and provide actionable recommendations that directly impact organizational performance and long-term planning.
Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Hybrid work arrangements are supported for U.S.-based applicants.
Responsibilities
• Support development and execution of short- and long-term strategic initiatives
• Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis
• Identify emerging trends and assess potential business impacts
• Evaluate new market entry strategies and expansion opportunities
• Build and maintain financial models to support business cases and investment decisions
• Develop revenue projections, cost analyses, and scenario planning models
• Analyze financial performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Translate complex data into clear, executive-level presentations
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend corrective actions when necessary
• Partner with finance, operations, marketing, and executive teams
• Provide analytical support for major initiatives and special projects
• Assist in evaluating partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, or new product initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, financial analysis, or related field
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
