BrokerLink is a part of Intact Financial Corporation, and they are seeking an Associate Sales and Customer Service to join their growing team. This role involves advising clients on insurance solutions, analyzing customer needs, and promoting products and services to ensure the best protection for clients' assets.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in providing the best possible protection for our clients' most valuable assets by advising them to make informed choices and answering their product questions
- Analyze customer needs, promote products and services and suggest choices and innovative solutions
- Guide auto and home customers on insurance solutions
- Contribute to the development and support of new initiatives by working closely with the brokerage network
Skills
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Team player
- Dynamic and customer-driven
- Developed advisory skills
- Great communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent computer skills and can juggle between different computer at the same time
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
- Bilingual (French and English) - Is considered a strong asset
