**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Medical Claims Navigation (CMN), you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of medical claims. You will be responsible for reviewing initial prescriptions, completing daily follow-up processes, and managing the CMN renewal process. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will enable you to navigate complex medical claims and provide top-notch customer service to our patients and healthcare providers.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Review initial prescriptions for qualifying elements resulting in timely release of claims
* Complete daily follow-up processes on all CMNs assigned within the WIP states/RC worklist
* Review possible renewal CMNs within the CMN review worklist
* Manage the CMN renewal process and obtain all necessary documentation
* Handle all outstanding held revenue related to CMNs for branches assigned
* Manage phone calls related to CMNs
* Perform other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
* Education: Graduate of an accredited high school or GED equivalent
* Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
+ Detail and team-oriented
+ Effective communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
+ Proven computer proficiency, the use of multiple applications simultaneously
+ Knowledge of the HME/DME industry is preferred
