**Key Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Assistant and Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assisting dispatchers with load booking, tracking, and check calls to ensure our drivers are moving efficiently and effectively.
* Supporting recruiters by screening truck driver candidates, verifying documents, and scheduling follow-ups to ensure seamless recruitment workflows.
* Processing applications using platforms like Breezy and Tenstreet to streamline recruitment processes.
* Communicating professionally with drivers, brokers, and team members via phone, text, and email to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues promptly.
* Maintaining accurate records, updating spreadsheets, and managing compliance files in our CRM systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.
* Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of our teams.
**Preferred Platforms and Tools**
To excel in this role, you will need to be proficient in the following platforms and tools:
* Load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) for sourcing freight opportunities.
* Tenstreet and driver onboarding tools for recruitment processes.
* CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) for managing leads and data.
* Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for documentation and collaboration.
* Communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Voice, WhatsApp) for team and driver interactions.
* Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software for data tracking.
* Ring Central, Dial Pad, etc.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* Previous experience in dispatching or driver recruiting is preferred but not required.
