Akkodis is seeking a Product Manager- Asset Management for a 9+ Months contract role with a client in Boston, MA, Remote. Title: Product Manager- Asset Management Location: Boston, MA-Remote Contract: 9+ Months contract Pay Rate: $65-$70/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.) Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager / Project Manager to drive the definition, development, and delivery of enterprise-level Asset Management capabilities. This role will work across a comprehensive Asset Management ecosystem—including IBM Maximo, Esri GIS, Salesforce, and other supporting platforms—to deliver seamless, user-centric solutions for both customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer experience, improving operational efficiency, and supporting our mission toward a clean, fair, and affordable energy future. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end product and project management for Asset Management initiatives. • Define product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy aligned with business goals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders. • Drive integration and optimization across platforms such as Maximo, Esri GIS, and Salesforce. • Gather and translate business requirements into actionable product features and user stories. • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions while managing risks and dependencies. • Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve product outcomes. • Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates. • Travel occasionally (10%) to client locations for stakeholder meetings and project alignment. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field. • 6+ years of experience in Product Management / Project Management. • Strong experience working with Asset Management systems (e.g., Maximo, GIS platforms, Salesforce). • Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional projects. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
