Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to support back-end vendor rebate programs, including maintaining current program data, processing and tracking bids, securing one-off rebate pricing, and ensuring complete and accurate rebate documentation
- Maintain vendor pricing and rebate data across systems and databases to support reporting, compliance, and historical reference
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for Account Managers by resolving rebate processing issues and ensuring accurate order entry and reporting
- Prepare and submit manual rebate claims using reports and Excel spreadsheets, collaborating with rebate accounting teams to support timely vendor submissions
Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy and quality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective problem-solving skills within established processes
