This role is for a creator who understands how TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn actually work and wants to build something big. Role Summary We are hiring a Social Media Content Creator / Video Content Creator to produce high-performing short-form video across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. This role focuses on capturing real cycling stories, editing engaging social media videos, and growing our audience through consistent content creation. What You’ll Do Create and publish high-volume short-form video content across: TikTok Instagram Reels YouTube Shorts LinkedIn You will: Capture content inside stores, service departments, and rides Edit short-form vertical video quickly and effectively Develop repeatable content series Analyze performance and replicate winning formats Help grow the largest cycling audience in Florida This role moves fast. What Success Looks Like Your work will help us: Grow our social audience to tens of thousands of followers Generate consistent organic website traffic Produce high-performing cycling content every week Build a scalable media engine around our brand Day in the Life A typical week in this role might include: Spending time inside one of our stores capturing content from mechanics, sales staff, and customer interactions. Filming real moments that can be turned into engaging short-form videos. Editing and publishing multiple videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. Reviewing analytics to see which content performed best and adjusting your approach for the following week. Attending group rides or local cycling events to capture authentic cycling content. Every week you are creating, publishing, learning, and improving. The goal is simple: produce content cyclists actually want to watch. Must Have 2–5 years experience as a social media content creator, video content creator, or digital content producer Experience publishing on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn Strong editing ability using CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut Portfolio of short-form videos you personally filmed and edited Ability to produce multiple videos per week Comfort filming real people in real environments Based in Southwest Florida and willing to travel to our various stores Nice to Have Experience growing your own social media account Background creating sports, lifestyle, or retail content Experience with YouTube long-form video Interest in cycling or outdoor sports The Type of Person Who Thrives Here High energy and curious Obsessed with improving content performance Moves fast and publishes often Comfortable approaching people and capturing real moments Wants to build something meaningful, not just collect a paycheck Compensation Base pay: $24 hourly In addition to base compensation, this role includes performance-based incentives tied to results, including: Audience growth milestones across social platforms High-performing videos that significantly exceed view benchmarks Impact from social-driven traffic and campaigns How to Apply Send us: • Links to 3–5 social media videos you personally created • Links to any social accounts you manage or have grown • A short explanation of why your best video performed well Applicants without a portfolio of real content will not be considered.
