Job Description Summary
The Technology Integrations Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning and execution of technology integrations across Mosaic Health’s growth initiatives, including acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments, and divestitures. This role serves as a senior individual contributor, owning complex integration programs from due diligence through operational handoff.
Partnering closely with Corporate Development, the Integration Management Office (IMO), and IT leadership, this role evaluates target organizations and drives end-to-end execution of technology integration activities. The Program Manager ensures integrations are delivered efficiently, securely, and with minimal disruption to clinical operations and patient experience.
This position operates with a high degree of autonomy and is accountable for program delivery, cross-functional coordination, and integration outcomes across a national healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
Due Diligence & Integration Planning
· Lead IT due diligence for potential acquisitions to identify technical risks, integration complexity, security posture, and technical debt
· Assess infrastructure, applications, end-user environments, telephony, and data maturity across target organizations
· Develop integration cost estimates, timelines, and implementation strategies to support investment decisions
· Provide input into deal assumptions, including Transition Services Agreements (TSAs) and separation considerations

· Own end-to-end execution of technology integration programs across acquired entities
· Develop and manage detailed integration plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and sequencing
· Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and data
· Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and dependency management throughout the integration lifecycle
· Ensure minimal disruption to clinical workflows and patient care during integration activities

· Coordinate network readiness, endpoint deployment, imaging, connectivity, and telephony transitions
· Support EHR integration activities (e.g., athenahealth), including workflows, interfaces, and clinical peripherals
· Ensure continuity of enterprise data ingestion, mapping, lineage, and reporting into Mosaic’s data platforms
· Facilitate transition of vendor contracts, assets, and support models into enterprise operations
· Partner with IT Finance to support post-acquisition budgeting, forecasting, and run-rate normalization

Qualifications
Required
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field
· 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT, including technology integration, implementation, or program management
· Proven experience leading multi-site or multi-clinic technology integrations
· Strong hands-on experience across:
o Network and connectivity (WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi)
o End-user computing, imaging, printing, and clinical peripherals
o Telephony, call routing, and communication systems
o EHR platforms (e.g., athenahealth or similar) and associated workflows
o Data integration, reporting, and enterprise data platforms
· Demonstrated experience in technology due diligence, integration scoping, and program execution
· Strong program management skills, including planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams, clinicians, vendors, and executive stakeholders
