About the position The Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager plays a critical role in turning B2B SaaS marketing strategy into high-impact digital execution. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role partners closely with other marketing team members to drive campaign execution & management across paid social, paid advertising, email and organic social. You’ll also be highly operational, working in Hubspot and within our CRM (Salesforce) to manage campaigns and track & report campaign performance. Hands-on and execution-focused, this role blends creativity with operational rigor. The Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager brings exceptional project management skills and cross-functional partnership to ensure smooth coordination and on-time delivery across multiple complex initiatives. Their work directly fuels demand generation, strengthens brand presence, and accelerates pipeline growth. Responsibilities • Manage campaign execution across multiple channels, including paid search, paid social, display, email, organic social, and content distribution. • Analyze performance data and use insights to optimize campaigns in real time, adjusting messaging, channels, and budgets as needed. • Strategically allocate budgets across channels to maximize ROI and campaign performance. • Vet, select, and manage third-party vendors, agencies, and media partners to ensure cost-effective, high-quality delivery. Requirements • 3+ years of general marketing experience with a B2B SaaS company, targeting a wide range of segments and personas. • HubSpot experience strongly preferred (experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign also transferable) • Experience managing paid advertising, paid social, marketing automation, email campaigns, dashboards, marketing reports. • Strong writing skills across email, ad copy, and social media content. • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, start-up environment. • Ability to present ideas & reporting and make data-driven decisions. • Strong analytical aptitude and comfort working with performance data. • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations and be residents of the United States. • Following the offer of employment, all roles will require a background check and a drug and alcohol test.
