**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, working with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment, and resolving customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management. You will also be required to use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls
* Work with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment
* Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day
* Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
* Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet customer needs and expectations
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* Ability to commute to our facility from your home
* A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
* Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
* Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds
