Senior Marketing Specialist - Remote SUMMARY: The Marketing Strategy Team serves as the connective tissue of the AllCampus marketing team, bringing together the tactics and outputs of each vertical (Paid Media, SEO, UX, Content, Creative) into a cohesive, holistic strategy that drives partner performance forward. They are the advocate for their partners within marketing and the first line of performance review, working with vertical teams to identify opportunities and risks through data analysis and strategic insight. The Senior Marketing Specialist reports to the Associate Director of the Marketing Strategy team and is accountable for setting the right strategic direction within their assigned portfolio, and ensuring the team collectively hits performance targets. They monitor and interpret marketing performance, work with their manager to translate business objectives into marketing goals, and ensure all marketing efforts align with both partner expectations and internal revenue goals. This role is partner-facing when deep marketing performance and strategy communication is required, and this individual acts as the central hub routing information and alignment across all internal and external stakeholders.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Serve as a marketing strategist and point person for specific assigned programs including ongoing long-term and short-term planning, execution, evaluation, optimization, and reporting of marketing performance across channels and funnel stages to meet and exceed partner annual enrollment targets - For new and existing AllCampus partners, work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain target personas and the optimal program positioning/messaging considering the brand and competition, profile of the student, and stage of the prospective student journey - Partner closely with partnership service director and enrollment director as part of the AllCampus pod team structure to monitor program health and collaborate on optimizations  - Collaborate with cross-functional channel managers (paid digital, SEO, email, social media, niche/affiliate marketing and webinars) and other AllCampus teams (content, design, analytics, and enrollment) to test and rollout new, innovative strategies and tactics to improve conversion and efficiency of student recruitment across the recruitment funnel - Weekly tracking of student enrollment funnel and term-by-term program status, reporting key metrics to other members of assigned pod, leadership team and partner clients - Own the Program Assets Adjustments Request (PAAR) process for assigned partners to modify live marketing collateral, internal assets, and accounting records: vet each request, create audit documents, communicate with key stakeholders, initiate implementation, and manage timelines - Maintain and update annual marketing plans and roadmaps; proactively flag timeline risks and capacity constraints for strategist review - Lead the collection and curation of student testimonials/profiles; ensure assets align with partner brand guidelines and are distributed to relevant channels EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE an equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. - Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline required. - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing or advertising—preferably multi-channel digital—demonstrating increasing responsibility and a proven record of executing campaigns, managing projects, and analyzing results. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and client presentation experience - Strong project management and account management background - Demonstration of analytical knowledge and reporting skills - Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, CRM systems, social media platforms, and automated email platforms - Experience with project management tools such as Trello and collaboration tools such as Slack - Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools and workflows, including using generative AI to support content development, campaign ideation, audience insights, testing, reporting, and workflow efficiency, with sound judgment around brand standards, accuracy, and data privacy.   The salary range for this role is $68,000 - $75,000.   AllCampus is committed to creating a culture that is inclusive of race, age, gender or gender identity, ethnicity, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, physical ability, military veteran status and other backgrounds.
