Job Description:
• Architect and optimize the marketing technology ecosystem that drives revenue growth
• Build seamless integrations between Marketo, Salesforce, and ABX platform (6sense)
• Create data architectures for sophisticated measurement and automation
• Develop attribution models and measurement frameworks
• Enhance ABX strategies through improved data integration and account insights
• Create executive dashboards and conduct analyses on funnel performance
• Build predictive models for lead scoring and account prioritization
• Establish data governance frameworks for accuracy across all systems
• Partner with Strategic Finance on pipeline forecasting
• Lead technology evaluation and implementation
• Manage vendor relationships
• Develop comprehensive documentation for self-service analytics
• Train and enable teams on marketing technology platforms and best practices
Requirements:
• 7+ years of marketing operations experience within enterprise SaaS environments
• 5+ years developing and executing ABX strategies including account segmentation, personalized campaigns, and sales alignment
• Proven track record of building and scaling marketing operations functions with demonstrated pipeline impact
• Expert-level Marketo administration
• Advanced Salesforce proficiency including API capabilities and complex integrations
• Deep experience with 6sense or similar ABX platforms for intent data modeling and account orchestration
• Strong SQL and Python/R programming skills
• Knowledge of multi-touch attribution methodologies, ETL/ELT tools, and iPaaS platforms like Workato
• Systems thinking to design complex architectures
• Advanced analytical capabilities and strategic mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience
