Job Description:
• Deliver insight-led solutions by translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Partner with internal teams (Client Insights, Product, Analytics) to deliver integrated client solutions
• Maintain awareness of CPG and category trends
• Identify opportunities to grow the client relationship
• Build strong, productive relationships with client stakeholders
• Use Circana platforms (Unify+, Liquid Data, Liquid AI) to support client engagement
• Champion client success by anticipating needs and addressing challenges
• Apply advanced analytics and insights storytelling to deliver fact-based, consumer-focused narratives
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in CPG syndicated market research
• Strong expertise in point-of-sale (POS), consumer panel, and syndicated data
• Demonstrated experience with consumer panel data and comfort owning panel-based analyses
• Proven ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
• Strong communication and insights-storytelling skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, self-directed approach to identifying opportunities
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Tableau or Power BI familiarity is a plus
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
• Comfort working with ambiguity and shaping recommendations from limited information
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
