Job description
At Oviva, we’re on a mission to make sustainable, personalised, clinically effective care accessible to everyone and to deliver against our vision of becoming Europe’s leading AI-powered chronic care platform.
Our digital programmes support people living with weight-related illnesses. While weight loss is a goal for many, our approach is about so much more: improving health, building confidence, and enhancing quality of life.
We’ve already supported over one million people across the UK, Switzerland, and Germany, with a shared service centre in Poland. Every conversation, coaching session, and line of code helps move us closer to a healthier future. Join us and be part of the team making that future possible.
To support our growing business, we are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior CRM Manager.
The RoleAs the Senior CRM Manager for Germany, you will serve as the technical and strategic backbone of our patient communications across the DACH region. Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will move beyond simple execution to own the lifecycle of our "multi-DiGA" approach. You will build and optimise automated journeys that ensure patients stay engaged with their digital therapy, directly impacting their long-term health outcomes.
You will act as the bridge between our German clinical experts and the global engineering function, translating complex medical requirements into high-performing automated workflows.
Job requirements
- Solid hands-on experience in CRM or Marketing Automation, specifically within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and data visualization tools (e.g., Google DataStudio).
- Professional fluency in German and English (minimum B2/C1) is essential to collaborate with local clinical teams and global technical squads.
- A proven ability to dissect complex data sets to identify friction points and propose evidence-based solutions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience in digital health, MedTech, or a highly regulated environment is a significant advantage.
Job responsibilities
- Pathway Automation: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of complex patient journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically tailored to the German DiGA landscape.
- Strategic Growth: Own the key metrics for patient onboarding, engagement, and milestone completion across all German treatment pathways.
- Data Mastery: Utilize SQL and Google BigQuery to build advanced reports and dashboards, providing the German leadership team with actionable insights on journey performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with German Clinical Leads and Global Product Managers to ensure all digital "nudges" are both medically sound and technically scalable.
- Platform Evolution: Drive the transition and integration of data between our internal systems (OCS) and Salesforce, ensuring a single, accurate patient view.
- Technical Innovation: Stay ahead of Salesforce Marketing Cloud updates to implement cutting-edge features like dynamic content and predictive sending to improve patient retention.
Job benefits
- A mission-driven environment focused on making a real-world impact.
- High-growth opportunities with a clear path to broader strategic leadership.
- A flexible remote/hybrid work culture across the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Poland.
- Annual learning & development budget.
- Home working allowance and flexible working hours.
- Competitive compensation, benefits, and inclusive policies (enhanced leave, etc.)
Before you apply
We’re building a product to empower people to become healthier versions of themselves through behaviour change, clinical care, and technology. That isn’t easy - it requires strong decision-making and product judgement.
This role probably isn't a good fit if:- You prefer to wait for direction rather than working on your own initiative.
- You prefer to work from frameworks rather than taking ownership of decision-making.
- A deep curiosity about what drives human behaviour and health outcomes isn't a primary motivator for you.
- You prefer to leave AI to the technical teams rather than exploring how it can personally enhance your own workflow and impact.
Having a culture that people want to work in is very important to us. We do this by keeping our values at the forefront of everything we do:
We put the patient first, We empower our teams, We make it happen
Oviva is passionate about creating an inclusive culture that celebrates diverse voices and perspectives. We are proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds and identities.
