They are seeking a GCP Cloud Solutions Architect III to support a large-scale cloud engineering initiative, responsible for designing, implementing, and automating secure, scalable cloud solutions within Google Cloud Platform environments. Responsibilities • Design and implement secure, scalable cloud architectures within GCP environments • Develop and manage networking configurations including private cloud networking, subnets, routing, load balancing, and DNS • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) • Implement GitOps workflows using GitLab and CI/CD pipelines • Write and maintain scripts using Python and Bash/Shell • Work hands-on with Google Compute Engine and related GCP services • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network and cloud performance • Support hybrid connectivity between on-prem and cloud environments • Implement security best practices and compliance standards • Develop orchestration processes for continuous deployment • Support both development and production cloud environments • Collaborate with development, security, and infrastructure teams • Lead multiple cloud initiatives and mentor junior team members Skills • 5–10 years of experience in cloud architecture • Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Experience working directly in code (no non-coding architects) • Proficiency in Python (required) • Experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) • Strong experience with GitLab and GitOps workflows • Linux administration experience • Scripting expertise (Bash/Shell) • Experience with GCP networking and private cloud configurations • US Citizen or Green Card holder (visa validation required) • Golang experience (nice to have) • Experience with Kubernetes, GKE, or containerized infrastructure • Familiarity with Agile methodologies • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Git-based pipelines • Knowledge of database administration (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, MSSQL) • Understanding of cloud security best practices and operational governance • Experience with DevOps and SecOps frameworks Benefits • Professional growth opportunities and training support • Inclusive, equitable, and respectful workplace culture Company Overview • It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, US, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
