As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive pipeline and revenue growth across the Americas, connecting organizations with Snyk’s developer-first security platform.
Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting into accounts across AMER markets
- Craft tailored outreach, adapting messaging to resonate with local decision-makers, using tools like Cognism, Storylane, SalesLoft, Zoom, Salesforce, Gemini, Madkudu and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to maximise personalization and efficiency
- Lead discovery conversations to identify challenges, align Snyk’s value, and qualify opportunities
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and local field teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies
- Leverage AI tools, intent data, and a basic understanding of the security landscape to prioritise outreach and increase pipeline performance
- Support local sales events, webinars, and meetups
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records, qualification notes, and engagement tracking
Skills
- Experience in a customer-facing or sales role, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you build rapport easily and enjoy solving problems for others
- A passion for technology and security, with a strong desire to grow in tech sales
- Grit, organization, and a positive, proactive attitude in everything you do
- Confidence on the phone – you see calling as a powerful way to connect with prospects and drive conversations
- Social acumen and enthusiasm for meeting people — whether face-to-face at events or building relationships virtually
- Are familiar with outbound prospecting frameworks like MEDDPIC
- Have worked with modern prospecting or AI tools for research and outreach
- Can craft cold emails that get replies and run intro calls that leave people wanting more
