We are building the next-generation cloud computing platform (networking, storage, compute, database) and need a seasoned SaaS strategist to define our path to market, growth, and strategic positioning. Overview We are an early-stage cloud computing web service startup seeking an experienced SaaS strategy consultant to develop: A comprehensive business plan A structured market opportunity analysis A competitive landscape assessment This engagement is focused on data-driven, actionable strategy, not template-based documentation. We are looking for a consultant who understands SaaS economics, cloud business models, and go-to-market strategy. Project Scope 1) Business Plan Development Business model and monetization strategy Ideal customer profile (ICP) definition Market positioning Go-to-market strategy Pricing strategy SaaS metrics framework (CAC, LTV, churn assumptions) Strategic roadmap 2) Market Opportunity Analysis TAM / SAM / SOM sizing Target segment prioritization Industry trends and growth drivers Risk factors 3) Competitive Analysis Direct and indirect competitors Feature and positioning comparison Pricing benchmarking (if available) Differentiation strategy Deliverables should be clear, structured, and suitable for internal strategy and potential investor use.
