This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United Arab Emirates Role Purpose Establish and operationalize a Responsible AI framework ensuring ethical, compliant, transparent, and trustworthy AI deployment across the group and its portfolio companies. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain Responsible AI policies, standards, and guidelines Operationalize AI governance covering: Data privacy Bias and fairness Explainability and transparency Human-in-the-loop controls Ensure alignment with regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements Conduct regular AI risk assessments, audits, and impact reviews Partner with legal, compliance, IT security, and data teams Advise AI and product teams on ethical design and deployment Develop and deliver Responsible AI training programs Track global regulatory trends and emerging standards Act as internal advocate for transparency and accountability Communicate Responsible AI principles to executives, regulators, and partners Required Experience & Skills 8–12+ years in governance, data ethics, risk, or technology policy AI/ML concepts Data privacy frameworks Model risk management Experience operating in regulated or high-reputation-risk environments Ability to influence without authority Excellent communication and policy-writing skills Nice to Have Legal, compliance, or risk background combined with AI exposure Experience in financial services, government, or Big Tech Familiarity with global AI governance frameworks Vertical: Technology This offer from "Duncan & Ross Consulting" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 72% flex score.
